SMS
Short messaging service (SMS) is a wireless service that enables the transmission of alphanumeric messages between subscribers and external systems such as electronic mail, paging and voice-mail systems. SMS is characterized as out-of-band packet delivery and low-bandwidth message transfer.

MMS
MMS (Multimedia Messaging Service) is a multimedia presentation in a single entry. Customer Connect supports sending of MMS to customers. The product is 3G enabled so customers get mobile banking services on their handset just like on a web browser on the Internet. Organization can use send the customized MMS with ease to its customers.

USSD
This facility offers menu-driven service. User can choose to have details and information by scrolling down on the menu on their handset. Example of the USSD is, as a first step user will type a short code with the help of * and # as prefix and suffix with short code, a menu will come in the front display of the mobile, user selects Account option, then the user will be directed to Account related features and user can scroll down to required service.

LBS
The technology works behind the Location Based Service is positioning, the most widely recognized system is Global Positioning System (GPS). The services work with LBS is as follows:

ATM Updater/Locator Assisting banks to promote new ATM’s. Suppose Bank sets up a new ATM. Now when ever your registered customer enters in the pre defined circle, customer will get auto notification SMS of the new ATM. This will help Banks to serve their customers with utmost satisfaction.

Geographic Information Systems (GIS)
Geographic data is an important aspect of any location system. Geographic Information Systems (GIS) provide the tools to provision and administer base map data.
 
Location Management Function
Location Management Function is use to process positioning and GIS data on behalf of LBS applications. The location management function acts as a gateway between positioning equipment and LBS infrastructure.

m-Box
Mobile Payment Box is an advanced payment module that allows customers to pay for the goods or services purchased through the convenience of their normal mobile phone. All they have to do is to subscribe for this service through the Bank. m-Box is an easy System that activates existing payment means (credit card, debit card or pre-paid card) and that allows to carry out a variety of transactions transforming the mobile phone into the day-to-day payment means.

GPRS
To use GPRS facility user need to login into banks URL, after that user can send the request to bank, the Customer Connect will take the request and communicate to bank back end system and reply back the request info to user. The user will pay based on the quantity of data he will download.
