User provisioning can be done through web based provisioning interface. Once provisioned, the user can login to the service using mobile or desktop based application interface.

Administration

Web based administration & monitoring interface is available for m|Toc. This enables the administrator to view the status of various service nodes within the application cluster. Alarms are generated to depict a problem with the service or sub-module.

Administration interface also provides system health status alerting on any abnormalities.

Complete application Logs are available for analysis and report generation. Various reports indicating attempts, actions, success, failure, IP Addresses are available. These reports can be customized as per customer requirements based on the data available.
